Kiva.org

Check out Kiva.org. Kiva is the world's first peer-to-peer online micro-lending website which allows individuals to lend as little as $25 to specific entrepreneurs, providing capital to help them start or expand a small business. Kiva's mission is to connect people through lending for the sake of alleviating poverty. Kiva's entrepreneurs are from impoverished countries around the world. These small loans which you can provide, may be the first step in helping someone gain finanical independence. It may also provide an opportunity for their whole family to escape poverty. Fall Fest September 19

This year at Fall Fest we will have an inflatable obstacle course for children and a bungee run for adults. Our worship band will also be playing during the day. This will be a great opportunity for us to build relationships with people in the community and let people know about Brooklife Church. If you would like to serve we have 2 hour time slots available from 8am-8pm. Email Heather at hwebb@brooklife.org to sign up. For more information about Fall Fest, check out the Mukwonago Chamber of Commerce website at www.mukwonagochamber.com.
